The day you got born again, you were born into God’s kingdom. And as one born into God’s kingdom, you became a spiritual babe with God as your Father, Jesus as your Lord, the Holy Spirit as your Helper and fellow Christians as your brothers and sisters.

new born child, you were not born into the kingdom of God all grown up and matured. No! You were born a babe (spiritually speaking). And as a spiritual babe you ought to grow. Guess what? God has put in place a system of growth that catapults you from your babe stage to the place of maturity in Christ. This system and food is what the Apostle Peter calls The Milk of God’s Word. 1 Peter 2:2
